Wayne County Man Sentenced

{Wayne, West Virginia}...Monday morning, Warner Lee Hall of Wayne was sentenced to 105 years in prison after a jury convicted him of 23 counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian and 11 counts of obscene material with intent to seduce a minor. During the trial, the alleged 14 year old victim said Hall made her trade sexual favors for privileges like a later bedtime and watching movies.
