Son Of Former Delegate Announces Run

{Charleston, West Virginia}...Josh Martin announced Thursday he is running for West Virginia State Senate next year, hoping to follow in the footsteps of his father, Dale Martin, who served in the House of Delegates for more than a decade. Dale Martin died unexpectedly in May. Martin is running for a senate seat in a newly created district that covers northern Kanawha and Putnam counties. Martin is currently a lawyer and has worked in the West Virginia Attorney General's Office. If he wins, Martin will share the district with Senator Erik Wells.
