St. Albans Business Raided

  • {St. Albans, West Virginia}...Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputies seized more than $100,000 worth of illegal drugs Wednesday night when deputies raided Pipe Dreamz, a tobacco store on Walnut Street in St. Albans. Twenty year old Matthew Ryan Loudin of Dunbar was charged with two counts of possession with the intent to deliver. Deputies found three pounds of marijuana, about 500 packages of synthetic marijuana and about 200 packages of synthetic cocaine. Police issued a search warrant for Pipe Dreamz after an under cover informant bought four packages of K2. St. Albans Police cited the store for operating without a business license. Deputies also recovered prescription pills and a firearm.
