{Huntington, West Virginia}...Police have charged 21 year old Jacolbey Deaven Bills of Barboursville with first-degree felony robbery. Police say, on December 10th, Bills approached his former friend, Joshua Sutphin, in a church parking lot at 26th Street and 1st Avenue in Huntington and began punching Sutphin in the face and head, knocking him unconscious. Bills then hit Sutphin's head on the ground several times and kicked him in the face before taking $100 dollars from his pocket. Sutphin suffered a broken collarbone, cuts and severe bruising and was treated at a local hospital.
