CVB Searching For President/CEO

{Charleston, West Virginia}...Board members with the Charleston Convention and Visitors Bureau held a meeting Wednesday at which a search committee was formed to begin interviewing candidates for a new President and CEO of the CVB. Longtime President and CEO Patty Bradley was terminated last week, about a month after the bureau's director of operations, Tracie Breedlove Dennis, 38, was charged with forgery and uttering. Police say $100,000 to $237,000 may be missing from its accounts. Board members say Bradley is not suspected of taking any money. The board named Jama Jarrett as the interim director last week. During the meeting Wednesday, board members voted to increase her pay by $1,000 a month while she serves as the interim director.
