WV State Trooper In Critical Condition

{Logan, West Virginia}...West Virginia State Police Trooper S.A. Belt was responding to a bar fight in Stollings in Logan County about 3:50 A.M. Saturday morning when he hit a patch of black ice and crashed. Belt was taken to Logan Regional and was then flown to CAMC General Hospital in Charleston in critical condition.
