Trial Rescheduled For Comedian Andy Dick

{Huntington, West Virginia}...During a pretrial hearing Friday in Huntington Friday, Cabell County Circuit Judge Paul Farrell okayed a motion to move the sexual abuse trial for comedian Andy Dick, which was scheduled to start January 17th. The trial has been rescheduled for May 1st. Police arrested Dick on January 23, 2010 after two men accused him of inappropriately fondling them at the Rum Runners Night Club after he had performed a comedy routine at the Funny Bone. Dick, who is charged with two counts of first-degree sexual abuse, remains free on bail.
