{Charleston, West Virginia}...Susan Webb, 42, of Marmet, was arrested Sunday night and charged with six counts of fraud after police say she stole a purse from an 85 year old woman while she was shopping at the Foodland on MacCorkle Avenue in the Kanawha City area of Charleston on December 17th. Police say Webb then used a stolen credit card to make six transactions, totaling more than $830. Webb is also charged with armed robbery for an attack on Charles Overbaugh at his Chesapeake home. Webb also is charged with shoplifting and has admitted to taking several items from the Rite Aid in Belle. Monday, December 26, 2011
