{Charleston, West Virginia}...Shavan Collins of Charleston was sentenced to 2 to 10 years in prison for malicious wounding Tuesday after pleading guilty in the shooting of Dakarri White of Detroit, leaving him paralyzed from multiple gunshot wounds. Collins was arrested in June after the shooting on Charleston's West Side. The deal also calls for the sentence to run at the same time as the sentence Collins gets for violating his federal supervised release.
