Rape Charges Dropped For Charleston Man

{Charleston, West Virginia}...Charges against 34 year old Trenton Walker of Charleston have been dropped. Walker had been charged with 1st degree sexual assault after a woman said she was attacked at the Lee Terrace Apartments in Charleston Thursday. The victim told police she and two friends had been drinking with Walker in his apartment when he choked and raped her, threatened to beat her with brass knuckles and kill her if she went to police. Detectives say there were visible marks on both sides of her throat.
