{Charleston, West Virginia}...South Charleston Police Officer Aaron Cook is recovering after being hit by a car while directing traffic at the four-way intersection near the Men's Wearhouse store on Trace Fork Boulevard about 6:30 P.M. Saturday. Cook was treated and released from a local hospital after suffering injuries to his ankle and shoulder. Cook is the third officer in the Charleston area to be injured in such accidents in the past month.
