{Charleston, West Virginia}...Larry Brewer, 36, of Lovely, Kentucky was arrested during a traffic stop in Kanawha County Monday and charged with possession of prescription drugs and traffic offenses. Kanawha Deputy R.D. Meadows was traveling through Charleston when he stopped a vehicle traveling the wrong way on Pennsylvania Avenue and discovered Brewer was driving on a suspended operators license. Meadows tried to search Brewer for weapons, but he resisted, and Meadows arrested Brewer. During a later search of Brewer's car, prescription drugs were found.
