{Huntington, West Virginia}...David Deel, Kimberly Deel, Joshua Deel and James Perry appeared before Cabell County Judge Alfred Ferguson Tuesday morning accused of the May 26th armed robbery of Java Joes, a coffee shop in Huntington. Police say one of the men entered with a knife, locked everyone in the back and then took an undisclosed amount of money. Joshua Deel and James Perry pleaded guilty and are scheduled to be sentenced February 13th. David Deel's trial will begin February 8th, and Kimberly Deel is expected to enter a plea January 30th.
