Former Putnam County Man Arrested

{Eleanor, West Virginia}...Donald K. Springsteadah, 45, of Sandyville, West Virginia, who once lived in Putnam County, has been charged with using obscene material to seduce children and sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or person in a position of trust. He faces two counts of each charge following allegations from a January 20th incident involving two 12 year old girls. Police obtained an arrest warrant August 22nd after Child Protective Services tipped them off to the allegations on January 27th. An investigation ensued and led to police confiscating a computer and analyzing cell phone records.
