Woman Violates Probation

{Charleston, West Virginia}...Amanda Burnette admitted Wednesday to violating her probation by using marijuana twice since pleading guilty to child neglect with risk of injury last February and being placed on two years probation. She left her 2 year old daughter alone in their apartment for several hours in August of 2010. Burnette is scheduled to be sentenced in February.
