Silver Alert Issued For Missing Logan County Man

{Charleston, West Virginia}...West Virginia State Police have issued a Silver Alert for 79 year old Walter Lowell Edmunds from Chapmanville. His car was found abandoned in a ditch near Riverside High School in Belle Monday, but he has no connections to the school or to the area. Edmunds is 5" 11' tall and weighs 144 pounds. Police say his family is fearing for his safety, because he suffers from dementia. No one is sure what Edmunds was doing in Kanawha County.
