Man Accused Of Beating Mother

{Scott Depot, West Virginia}...Putnam County Sheriff's Deputies have charged 35 year old Larry Frazier Jr. with kidnapping after he allegedly tied up, gagged and beat his mother Bonnie Frazier in her Scott Depot home. Deputies responded to the home about 11:30 P.M. Tuesday night and found Frazier bound with zip ties and her mouth covered with duct tape. She told deputies her son also held a knife to her throat. Frazier was found hiding in some bushes at Kanawha Terrace in St. Albans, where his estranged wife lives. Police say Frazier had made threats to kill her. Frazier refused to cooperate with the officer's commands, so he had to be forcibly placed in handcuffs. Officers say Frazier threatened to kill the man dating his estranged wife, and they described the threat as "calm, direct and explicit."
