Charleston Woman Faces Drug Charge

{Charleston, West Virginia}...Rebbeca Linville of  Charleston has been charged with possession with the intent to deliver after a  Charleston police officer spotted her at Charleston's Daniel Boone Park early Wednesday morning and found she had a small baggy in her underwear containing what she claimed to be fake meth. Linville told the officer she was making phone calls to meet other people at the park in reference to the fake meth.
