Charleston Man To Undergo Psychiatric Evaluation

{Charleston, West Virginia}...William Clere of Charleston was in court Thursday morning for a bond reduction after being arrested last month. Police say Clere sexually assaulted his three children and tried to make them eat feces from the toilet. Clere's attorney requested his bond of $250,000 be reduced, but Judge Paul Zakaib denied that request and ordered Clere to undergo a psychiatric evaluation.
