{Charleston, West Virginia}...Authorities are looking for 29 year old John Carter, an inmate who escaped from the Charleston Work Release Center. Officials say Carter failed to report back to the center after he was on furlough at his father's home. Police say he helped set fire to three churches in Wayne County in 2002. Carter is a 6' white man with blue eyes and weighs 180 lbs. If anyone has any information, they should call the Charleston Work Release Center at 304-558-2763.
