- {East Lynn, West Virginia}...A single vehicle accident Saturday evening along Route 37 in East Lynn in Wayne County left one man dead. Police say, just after 4:00 P.M., 55 year old Clarence Lucas, better known as "Chumpie," lost control of his vehicle and went off the road and overturned. Firefighters estimate the car fell 100 feet.
