High Winds Hit Charleston

{Charleston, West Virginia}...High winds knocked down a tree, snapped a power pole and took two power lines down Sunday afternoon along Woodland Drive in Charleston. The wind was gusting upwards of 40 miles per hour. Metro 911 dispatchers received several reports of lines and trees down in other areas of the county. The winds also helped spread some brush fires in Putnam County.
