{Dunbar, West Virginia}...Lawrence Young, Billie Joe Jarrell, Robert Wolfe, Todd Swiney and Tommy Young, and Garret Young were all arrested Sunday night and charged with operating a lab, conspiracy, drug possession, and exposing children to meth making after police went to a home on Short Road in Dunbar and found a meth lab. Police say they found Jarrell and Robert Wolfe's 18-month-old child in the home.
