{Charleston, West Virginia}...Around 7:43 P.M. Sunday, Charleston Police responded to a call at the Westmoreland Apartments on Bigley Avenue where 50 year old Tony Lee Holcomb of Charleston allegedly stabbed 55 year old Gary Kirk in the neck and upper body before fleeing the scene on foot. Holcomb was arrested later when police say he retutned to the apartment to steal from Kirk. Holcomb was charged with burglary and malicious wounding. Witnesses say Holcomb's attack on Kirk appeared unprovoked. Kirk was listed in critical condition at CAMC General.
