{West Virginia}...Hurricane Police Chief Mike Mullins says Charles Jeffrey Asher, 51, of Kentucky, was arrested after the BB&T Bank at the corner of Route 19 and Route 34 was robbed about 3:30 P.M. Monday afternoon. Mullins says Asher had escaped from a halfway house in Kentucky before he entered the bank, showed a handgun to a teller and demanded money.
