Man Gets Second Chance At Home Confinement

{West Virginia}...Thomas Stevens, the man convicted for robbing the 7-Eleven store along Washington Street West in Dunbar in March 2009 while his 9 month old daughter was in the car, was in court Monday on a home confinement violation. Stevens, who was sentenced to 10 years in prison, was released on home confinement in January 2011. He violated his home confinement when he was caught with crack and marijuana. Monday, Stevens was sentenced to the full three-year home confinement. The judge says if he violates the home confinement again, he will go back to jail to finish the full 10-year sentence. Stevens was also told he will be enrolled in a drug rehab.
