Charleston Mayor Finds Disturbing Package

{Charleston, West Virginia}...Charleston Police are investigating after Mayor Danny Jones found a disturbing package, with a note addressed to him, at the end of his driveway Friday morning. Inside the package, was a dead pigeon that had been shot and had its eyes removed. Police are waiting on lab results to see if there is any DNA they can recover from the package.
