Fatal Accident In Cabell County

{Lesage, West Virginia}...Cabell County Sheriff's Deputies say 25 year old Justin Ray of Kenova died in a two-car accident that occurred about 11:15 A.M. Tuesday morning on Ohio River Road, also known as Route 2, in the Lesage area. Deputies say Ray was driving a van when he rear-ended a truck that was stopped along Route 2.
