{Huntington, West Virginia}…Tuesday, Police arrested 21 year old
Thomas M. White of Huntington, and charged him with two counts of felony murder
in a double murder that happened lastTuesday
on Foster Avenue. White had been in the hospital since the shooting.
The charges followthe death
of 17 year old DeVante Penn of Detroit.
Twenty-two year old Darrell Fugua of Detroit
died at the scene. Rocky Hudson Williams and Thomas Maurice White each
face two counts of murder during commission of a felony.During Williams' preliminary
hearing Tuesday morning, Detective Chris Sperry testified that police believe,
after speaking with doctors, that Thomas White shot himself.
