Man Arrested In Huntington Murder
{Huntington, West Virginia}…Tuesday, Police arrested 21 year old
Thomas M. White of Huntington, and charged him with two counts of felony murder
in a double murder that happened last Tuesday
on Foster Avenue. White had been in the hospital since the shooting.
The charges follow the death
of 17 year old DeVante Penn of Detroit.
Twenty-two year old Darrell Fugua of Detroit
died at the scene. Rocky Hudson Williams and Thomas Maurice White each
face two counts of murder during commission of a felony. During Williams' preliminary
hearing Tuesday morning, Detective Chris Sperry testified that police believe,
after speaking with doctors, that Thomas White shot himself.
