Man Charged With Malicious Wounding
{Charleston,
West Virginia}...An investigation into an incident that happened last Saturday
in the South Hills area of Charleston shows that Estill Jones was trying to
leave after an argument with his wife, Sarah Rubincan, when he hit her with his
vehicle. Police say Rubincan was standing in front of the truck, trying to stop
Jones from leaving, when she climbed onto the side of the truck as Jones drove
away. Rubincan asked Jones to stop, then lost her grip and fell off the truck.
Jones is charged with malicious wounding.
