Woman Pleads Not Guilty To Murder

{Wayne, West Virginia}...Twenty-one year old Sara Worstell of Ceredo was arraigned in Wayne County Circuit Court Monday, where she pleaded not guilty to murder in the November 27, 2011 death of her boyfriend, 22 year old Michael Meachem. Ceredo Police were called to an apartment complex along Greenwood Drive, where they found Meachem on the floor, and unresponsive. He was taken to Cabell Huntington Hospital where he was pronounced dead. The autopsy showed that Meachem died of positional asphyxiation. Police say Worstell told investigators that Meachem was on his knees and she was behind him and had him in a choke hold. A trial is set for February 25th.
