West Virginia}…Fifty year old Clay Culhane Counts of Sissonville was
arraigned Wednesday in Kanawha Magistrate Court on 14 counts of first-degree
sexual assault, sexual exploitation of a child by a custodian, and use of
minors in filming sexually explicit content. Counts was already being held at
South Central Regional Jail on distribution-of-child-porn charges filed in
September. Counts is accused of filming himself sexually assaulting the
children of neighbors and friends, all of whom were under 14 years old when the
tapes were made. Three victims have been identified, but authorities believe
there are more.
