Man Charged With DUI Causing Death


{Williamson, West Virginia}…Monday, 40 year old Lewis Perry of Wilsondale was arrested and charged with felony DUI causing death and misdemeanor reckless driving. Investigators say, on November 7th, Perry was driving a vehicle that crossed the center line and crashed into a school bus near Breeden in Mingo County, killing his passenger, Randolph Marcum, of Breeden. Deputies say they found pill bottles and alcohol cans in Perry's car. Medical records show that Perry tested positives for marijuana and Xanex.
