{Charleston , West Virginia }…Forty-six
year old Cynthia Swoboda from Dunbar pleaded
guilty to unlawful wounding Monday in Kanawha County Circuit Court after
being charged with attempted murder and malicious wounding. Police say Swoboda poured
gasoline on her boyfriend, Shane Stone, in the parking lot of the CVS on 10th Street Dunbar in May and then set him ablaze. Swoboda received a
one-year jail sentence, with credit for time served.
