{St. Albans , West Virginia }…Fifty-four
year old David B. Wilcox of Poca was arrested and charged with third offense DUI
after being involved in an accident at the intersection of 3rd Street St. Albans early Thursday morning. Wilcox has two
previous DUI convictions and two pending DUI cases from earlier this year.
