{Quincy , West Virginia }...Heather
R. Lively, 34, of Hansford, an aide at Riverside High School
has been charged with assault, battery and possession of a controlled
substance. Police say Lively walked into the Magic Mart in the Quincy shopping mall Monday morning, took off
the cowboy boots she had been wearing, placed them on the counter, wanting to
return or exchange them. Store manager Gary Lee Harrah told police that, when
he refused, Lively became enraged, began yelling at him, picked up the boots
and threw them at him, striking him in the face. Lively was arrested and taken
to the State Police's Quincy detachment, where police say Lively's purse contained
two packages of Suboxone, a drug used to treat opiate addiction. Police say Lively
told them she is addicted to Suboxone and purchased it from someone off the
street.
