Mine Layoffs Announced

{East Lynn, West Virginia}…Workers at Argus Energy say they were called to a meeting just days before Thanksgiving and given a memo that says some of their operations in Wayne and Lincoln Counties are shutting down because the company was unable to obtain more mining permits. The layoff affects about 30 workers.
