Teen Shot In Charleston

{Charleston, West Virginia}...Police are investigating after 19 year old Rashad Goines walked into the Women and Children's Hospital at about 3:00 P.M. Thursday with a gunshot wound to the leg. Charleston Police believe the shooting might have happened at about 2:30 P.M. near Kelley's Mens Shop on the West Side.
