Murder Case Goes To Grand Jury

{Huntington, West Virginia}…Twenty-one year old Thomas White of Huntington was in Cabell County Magistrate Court in Huntington Tuesday morning for a preliminary hearing after being charged with two counts of murder during the commission of a felony. Huntington Police responded to a shooting on Foster Avenue on November 6th and found 22 year old Darrell Fuqua had been fatally shot. Devonte Penn, 17, was also shot and later died in the hospital. Both victims were from Detroit. Police say the murder began as an attempted robbery. The case has been sent to the grand jury.
