Charleston Man Found Dead

{Charleston, West Virginia}…Investigators in Kanawha County say they will wait on toxicology reports after the body of 31 year old Nicholas Arthur of Matthews Avenue in Charleston was found around 8:00 A.M. Monday morning near a concrete barrier at the park and ride just off the Mink Shoals exit off Interstate 79. Sheriff's deputies say there were no signs of foul play. The body was sent to the state Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy.
