DEP Secretary Focusing On EPA

{Charleston, West Virginia}…Attorney General-elect Patrick Morrisey, who defeated longtime General Attorney Darrell Mc Graw, says one of his major efforts will be to challenge the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency by filing lawsuits against federal regulations. However, state DEP Secretary Randy Huffman says he’s not sure he wants Morrisey to start a new campaign against the agency because his agency’s lawyers have brought successful litigation against new coal-related initatives.
