Charges Expected In Mingo County Crash

Charges are expected to be filed in a deadly accident involving a Mingo County school bus. Sheriff's Deputies say Lewis Perry was traveling near Breeden around 5:00 P.M. Wednesday when he crossed the center line and crashed into the bus head on, killing his passenger, Randolph Marcum. No children were on the bus. Deputies say they found pill bottles and alcohol cans in Perry's vehicle.
