Escaped Inmate Captured

{Catlettsburg, Kentucky}...Twenty-six year old Joseph Cody Genet, a Beckley Correctional Center inmate who escaped on Monday, was arrested at his mother’s home in Catlettsburg, Kentucky Wednesday. Genet had managed to escape capture when he fled from a relative’s house in Ironton, Ohio Tuesday. At the time of the escape, Genet was serving time for a burglary conviction in Wayne County.
