Girl Allowed To Continue Homebound Education

{Elkins, West Virginia}...Circuit Judge Jaymie Godwin Wilfong has ruled that the Randolph County Board of Education must continue providing homebound instruction to a high school senior who refused to get state-mandated vaccinations. Olivia Hudok and father Phil sued the school board in September, seeking a religious exemption that would let Olivia resume classes at the Pickens School.
