Fifty year old Walter Carter has been charged
with two counts of third-degree arson and one count of arson causing bodily
injury. Police say, on November 3rd, he set
fires in dumpsters next to the Sonic and Cracker Barrel Restaurants along Route
60 in Barboursville. A firefighter burned his hand as he was
forcibly removing Carter from the fire.
