Man Escapes While Being Booked

{Charleston, West Virginia}...West Virginia State Police say 22 year old Ruben Munoz Garcia escaped custody around 12:00 A.M. Saturday morning while being processed at the South Charleston detachment on charges of carrying a concealed deadly weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm Police say Garcia escaped through a small bathroom window. Garcia is a white Hispanic male, about 5’ 6” tall, about 160 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and a tattoo of the Bible on his right shoulder.
