Man Sentenced In Shooting Death

{Charleston, West Virginia}…Thirty-seven year old Donald Raines was sentenced Friday to five years in prison for the November 2011 shooting death of 35 year old Jerry Baldwin. In a plea deal, Raines pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter in September. Police say Raines shot Baldwin several times from the porch of his home on Mary Street in Charleston while Baldwin approached during a heated argument.
