Barboursville Man Charged After Hit-and-Run

• {West Virginia}...Huntington Police charged Aaron Lycans, 41, of Barboursville Thursday afternoon after authorities say he was involved in three hit and run accidents in two days. Two of the crashes happened Thursday afternoon along 16th Street Road, and the other happened Wednesday night on Route 60. Right now, Lycans is only charged in Thursday’s accidents. Police charged Lycans with two counts of leaving the scene of an accident, with property damage, having no insurance and driving on a suspended license for a previous DUI.
