{West Virginia}...Huntington Police have arrested 18 year old Emmanuel Lopez and charged him with malicious wounding in Saturday morning's shooting of Anquinette Turner. Police say Turner was shot in the lower back near Artisan Avenue. Turner is in fair condition at St. Mary's Medical Center, while Lopez is being held at the Western Regional Jail on a $100,000 bond.
