- {West Virginia}...Charleston Police say a homicide investigation is underway after results from an autopsy on 28 year old Megan Harrison show she was murdered. Harrison's body was spotted in the Elk River just below Women and Children's Hospital last Saturday morning. Charleston Police are not releasing a cause of death. Investigators say further details cannot be released at this time.
